I booked this hotel three days ago, and I'm returning tonight after an 8-hour journey. I wanted to call the hotel to inform them, but they didn't bother to call back. My fiancée and I were going, and they told me that a marriage certificate is required at 11 pm, the reservation cannot be cancelled, and they don't know when our money will be refunded. They say they can't help and are directing us to other hotels in the area. It's truly a disgrace for a hotel like this; we were both victims of this system. I will never choose this place again… We were completely humiliated despite paying for the service.

I get the response that the room is single occupancy, but not double occupancy. When I request a double room, I get the response that it's occupied. I request a non-smoking room. It smelled of smoke and had ashtrays. I asked for it to be cleaned, but they sprayed perfume on it and left it there. Hygiene is normal at the breakfast place, and parking was handled accordingly. They said it's forbidden in front of the hotel, and when I arrived in the morning, there were people parking in a way that blocked pedestrian access. I briefly told my company not to stay there again.
