When it comes to the food, I have to admit that the chef has excellent taste. Everything was perfectly seasoned and very fresh and fragrant. Every meal was a feast, for which we are grateful. I can honestly say that the food was the best we've ever had in hotels (and we travel a lot). The jarred food and the baby porridge stole my heart. The indoor pool - adequate. The jacuzzi, freezing. This is the first time I've ever experienced something like that, to get into cold water in a jacuzzi. This is supposed to be relaxing, not swimming. Furthermore, the water, unfortunately, smelled foul. It actually stung my eyes. The location - excellent. The bus stop right in front of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The cleanliness, unfortunately, was disappointing. Our bathroom was out of liquid dispensers, so I left them open to signal that they needed refilling. The second issue was the hair in the bathroom, of course, not ours, but right after we arrived. It was there for four days. That's how long our stay lasted. The second issue was the greasy stains on the shower stall, which weren't ours. They were from the previous tenants. The carpet had false eyelashes stuck to it. The toilet wasn't wiped down, nor was the mirror. The dining room was full of staff who stood around talking or doing something on their phones instead of keeping things clean. The reception desk was wonderful, kind people. Very helpful. You could say they're a nice touch for this hotel. Thank you for your stay ❤️
