Fiesta Inn Puerto Vallarta Isla

Located within the La Isla shopping center in Puerto Vallarta. Close to many other shopping centers, restaurants, the airport, Holi Beach, and just minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecón. The service is the standard of the Posadas group, as are the cleanliness, comfort, and attentiveness of the staff, which is why I chose this property, and I wasn't wrong. The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet; its blackout curtains prevent daylight from entering, allowing for a better night's sleep! It has a mountain view and a partial ocean view. The air conditioning is quiet. The restaurant offers a very varied, abundant, and delicious breakfast buffet. The heated pool is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. There are three details that would lower my rating, and I want to mention them here: 1. The woman who prepares the omelets in the morning is not very friendly. They should replace her with someone who smiles, greets guests, and doesn't get annoyed if they ask her to prepare a dish. 2. As soon as we arrived and checked in, someone approached us and immediately tried to sell us some kind of timeshare-type tourist service. I told them no, that I needed to use the room to rest. The next day, they woke me up with a phone call about the same thing 🥴🙄 It was really annoying. Please avoid approaching guests that way and stop being so pushy. 3. Please don't cut the bread in half at the buffet; it wasn't fresh, too—it was a bit stale. I would definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice, clean, and good service. The only thing I didn't like was that the beach is on the other side; we have to go through a plaza called "La Isla," which is really inconvenient. Especially since when I made the reservation, they made it clear that the hotel was right on the beach.

It's an excellent hotel, very well located in a shopping center and close to a beach. The staff is very friendly, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and there were no problems with the air conditioning. However, there are a few minor maintenance issues that I'm not entirely happy with. For example, the bathroom doorknob was loose, something they could easily fix with a screwdriver (I ended up tightening it with my nail clippers). The grout lines in the bathroom walls had some mold, and the elevators made a few strange noises. The TVs aren't smart TVs, and I'm also not entirely convinced that the door is no longer locked so you can only access the hotel with your room key. I hope they improve the maintenance, because I've stayed there in previous years and I don't remember it being so neglected.
