Hotel room was lovely, the shower was gross. Love holidays is where we booked and the transfer bus left us off at the side of the road, we had to call the hotel to come get us. This is no big deal if when booking you were informed of this, its understandable as a big coach would not make it up the 2km of winding Road. The Hotel was lovely staff amazing. Views great. Food good. All good except for gross bathroom and stranded at side of the road. Lovely location too.

We've now been back from the fillion suites and spa for 2 weeks, lovely location in the mountains, beautiful views and great food. A few down points about our holiday, firstly we were dropped off outside the Bali mare hotel (within Bali itself, about 2 miles away roughly) and told to wait 5 minutes for the minibus as the coach couldnt get up the narrow roads, ok cool no problem, after 2 calls and an hour later we were finally picked up and taken to the hotel. Next our room didn’t seem like it was ready for us, no water or anything in the fridge like they listed and the bed just thrown together. We weren't going to let this ruin our holiday as we hardly spend time in our room whilst away. But as the week went on our bathroom become covered in black mould which really effected my asthma. Another being, most morning we were being woken up between 7:30 and 8 am with the sun loungers above our room being moved not what you expect when you've turned your alarm off for the week. Other than all of this we had a lovely time spent around the pool, the staff and people we'd met were lovely some even extended their holiday and other couldn't wait to come back, we'd most probably feel the same of we had a different room in different part of the hotel.
