Costa Smeralda flat P4 Firstly, we were never provided with actual photographs of the specific unit prior to confirming the booking. This prevented us from making an informed decision. Upon arrival, it became clear that the apartment is materially different from the images used in the advertisement, which is misleading and highly unprofessional. Additionally, we were not informed that the unit is located four flights of stairs up with no lift access. This is a significant omission and should have been disclosed prior to booking. Below is a detailed list of issues encountered: 1. Advertised images are deceptive and do not represent the actual condition of the unit. 2. One bedroom window was completely broken and placed on the window sill, leaving a large open and unsafe gap.. This was fixed the next day, but we had to spend one night with strong winds like this. 3. The second bedroom window is cracked. 4. Taps throughout the unit are extremely tight and difficult to operate. 5. The bath tub had only hot water supply. No cold water. 6. The frying pan handle was broken and rotates during use, posing a serious safety risk. 8. The fans are excessively noisy and disrupt sleep. 9. The shower curtain is ineffective, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. 10. Cutlery is very old, and some cutlery and door handles were sticky and unhygienic. 11. The kettle leaks water while pouring. 12. Bedside lamps are provided but there are no nearby plug points to use them. Given the above, we must state clearly that we were extremely unhappy with this accommodation. * Please be careful when booking your apartment, I will never book in this place again.
