We had booked a family room and we had a small dog with us. When we entered the room, the lighting was poor and it felt dingy. The room was full of marks everywhere, drill holes in the walls, the floor was so worn that there was no varnish on it in several places. My wife and son wanted to go home when they saw the room. You have to pay 200 SEK extra per night for having a dog with you, but there wasn't even a water bowl there. Just because you have a dog and book a family room doesn't mean you want to stay in a crappy room, I expect a nice and cozy room, not hostel standard! The pictures you have on your website really don't match what our room looked like. After we checked in, I wanted to cancel the purchase, but the guy at the reception said he couldn't make that decision and that he could only email the manager and they didn't tell us how long it would take to get a response, so we had to stay even though we wanted to go home again. We were also going to meet another family at the hotel and celebrate New Year's so both families would have had to go home. We showed our room to the man at the reception but he just said "that's what our family rooms where you can bring a dog look like". But we looked into other rooms and they at least looked better than the crappy room we got. No, this was the worst of the worst you could imagine. A hostel would have had a better standard than what we had in our room.

Hotel ok, breakfast quite varied, the bed mattress was too soft. I asked the reception to clean the room one day and they didn't come into the room, close to the center.
