We honestly don't understand why some reviews are so negative. We often stay at Fletcher wellness hotels, and if you do a little research beforehand, you know what to expect. We received a very friendly welcome from the staff. The rooms aren't spectacular; the television is a bit small from the bed, and the room could use a lick of paint or some maintenance. But otherwise, everything was clean. The sauna is on the small side and not comparable to the larger Blue Wellness resorts, but it was fine for us. The biggest advantage, for us, was the tranquility. The weekend of March 7th and 8th was wonderfully quiet, without the crowds you often find at larger wellness centers. You can easily order food and drinks from the menu using a landline. The staff will then bring you food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout. It was my wife's birthday today, and we even received a bottle of Fletcher bubbly, which was a very nice surprise. We had a pleasant stay and would love to come back here again.

We stayed at this hotel. The room was nothing like what was described online. It was very small, not soundproof (we could hear the neighbors), the decor was very outdated, there weren't enough towels (only one medium-sized one per person), and there was carpeting everywhere, which wasn't mentioned in the description of my dust mite allergy. However, overall it was clean. We were very surprised by the spa. It's a nudist spa, and you can't wear a swimsuit, plus bathrobes and slippers are extra. As for breakfast, it's very expensive for what little there is. Don't pay so much for it; go into town for lunch where there are plenty of inexpensive bakeries. On the plus side, there's a large free parking lot right in front of the hotel. A great find in town was the restaurant "Heinde Etten-Leur"—go without hesitation. Plenty of all-you-can-eat food and drinks to choose from, one of the waiters gave us a warm welcome even though we didn't speak Dutch very well, we were able to make ourselves understood!

Great hotel in a quiet area. The breakfast was delicious, and the relaxing music created a pleasant atmosphere. You can also leave your belongings at the reception desk if you want to go out for a bit without all your luggage. Unfortunately, our room smelled quite musty, and the bathroom floor was filthy, as if the tiles hadn't been mopped in a while (we could tell by the small towel we'd placed on the tiles to prevent slipping, which had turned black). It's a bit of a shame if you can't check into your room until 3:00 PM. This is the standard check-in time, but still plenty of time to give it a quick mop, since check-out is 11:00 AM. One staff member made a rather unkind remark: "That's why I said leave your things there." Otherwise, it was fine.
