The room quality was poor (sheets were stained) walls were thin, hallways dim, no security to prevent public from entering guest room floors, and you can only use the pool between 8-9:30 AM and after that you must be nude! We chose this place because it looked like the pool would be available for our child to use, but it turned out she could only use it over this time period. This information needs to be very clear on the listing, and not buried in the details of the hotel. Extremely disappointing and absolutely infuriating especially when you’ve been traveling for 14+ hours and your child wants to swim because you told them that they could when they get to the hotel! The vibe at the hotel was also just poor, not a place you feel comfortable staying at. What a waste and so disappointing and a waste of our money.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience acceptable overall, though there are several areas that could be improved. The comments about the beds dipping in the middle are accurate and made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep, which definitely needs addressing. On a positive note, the restaurant on the 12th floor was a highlight of my stay, the food was excellent. However, it was disappointing that breakfast is not served there. Instead, breakfast on the 5th floor was very basic and did not justify the €18 price. I also attempted to order room service around 10:30pm, only to be told the kitchen was closed and no food was available. This resulted in having to walk into town late in the evening to find something to eat, which was inconvenient and unexpected for a hotel of this size. Access between reception and the rooms involved a lot of walking and stair use, which was cumbersome, and I would not recommend staying on the 11th floor as a result. The spa and wellness facilities were excellent and the main reason I chose this hotel, although they do become quite crowded. Finally, the €17 charge for 24-hour parking feels excessive for hotel guests and could be more guest-friendly. Overall, the hotel has some strong features, particularly the spa and dining, but several comfort and service issues prevent it from being more than an average stay.
