One of the worst experiences ever. This is a complete scam. Please do not book this place. The apartment was extremely dirty—nothing like the photos shown. The condition was unacceptable. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. There was no cleaning service, no towels provided, and they did not respond on time despite repeated follow-ups. Overall, a very disappointing and stressful stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
