Extremely friendly staff at reception, in the restaurant, and at the bar. Great architecture. Our rooms were on the 7th floor and we had a fantastic view. When we arrived, our room felt like 10 degrees Celsius. After the first night, our bed wasn't properly made, so the sheets came loose during the night, and we were partially lying on the mattress. An empty wine bottle and two wine glasses were left behind. Otherwise, we had no complaints. The breakfast was good, as expected for a 4-star hotel. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked very nice—large and clean. All in all, despite the inadequate housekeeping, we were satisfied.

Very friendly staff. Absolutely beautiful ambiance (we were there over the Christmas period). The restaurant was cozy and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. There was something for everyone. From bread and rolls to eggs and bacon, muesli and milk, flaxseed for foodies, fruit, and pancakes for those with a sweet tooth. The rooms weren't dirty, but they weren't clean either. (Don't look under the beds.) The bathroom was pleasantly clean and well-equipped. We had a room facing the lake. The view was lovely, and the location was truly peaceful. It's certainly a great place for a walk if the weather is nice. The town center is about a 20-minute drive away. The hotel also offers a shuttle service in the afternoon. It's worth asking about it.

A nice hotel with excellent beds. The rooms are clean, but one of our rooms didn't have an extractor fan in the bathroom. We moved to another room without any problems, although the shower drain was sometimes a problem. Our room is a bit small for a stay, but certainly large enough for sleeping and fully equipped. The extensive breakfast buffet is excellent. Parking at the hotel is free, and on weekends, you can use a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the city center. During the week, you can buy a bus ticket at the reception for €4 per day, which allows unlimited travel within the city for up to five people. In short, this hotel is highly recommended, especially if you pay more attention to the operation of your room.
