I stayed at the Hotel Florida Jesolo (Geturhotels group) in August 2025. Unfortunately, I left €500 in my room safe upon departure. I contacted the hotel manager, Roberto Furlan, several times – by phone, email, and WhatsApp. He confirmed receipt of the money, but despite repeated promises, it has not been returned to this day (October 14, 2025). I have already sent a registered letter to the hotel and to Geturhotels headquarters – with no response. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I hope Geturhotels and the relevant authorities take this case seriously. I strongly recommend double-checking the safe after departure, as you apparently cannot rely on the honesty of the management here.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Right on the beach and a 2-minute walk to the main road with restaurants and shops. The hotel itself isn't modern at all. The rooms are okay, with hard mattresses. The room also includes a bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast is good, but monotonous with a limited selection, with tea and coffee included. Free beach loungers are available, but pool loungers are available for an additional fee. We had a designated parking space near the hotel.
