Very happy with the hotel. Good location (13 minutes from Universal and Disney), good facilities, heated pools, gym, no charge for same-day return shipping, very good room (apartment with 2 suites, kitchen, living room, laundry). I recommend it.

We think this is the best accommodation in Orlando. Excellent location, very spacious apartments, great service in the hotel's public areas like the pool and bar, and super conveniently located near everything.

Overall, this hotel was fine for what we needed it for. It was clean, accommodated our party of 9, was a great price, and the pool areas seemed nice, although we didn’t utilize them. However, there were a few negatives that I think are noteworthy. • Free Disney park shuttles are advertised, which is a large reason why we chose this property. However, upon arrival we learned that the shuttle doesn’t run to Magic Kingdom, and the first shuttle to Hollywood Studios doesn’t leave until 10am. This forced us to use Uber/Lyft for our entire trip which added substantial costs. • The rooms are VERY dated. • The bedroom curtains don’t close completely, and there’s no way to tuck them to block out light, and the very bright street lights shine in at night. • The TV remote batteries were taped in place, and ultimately didn’t work. I ended up having to unplug the TV to turn it off. • They have some plumbing issues. We came back to the room one night and our toilet had overflowed and was covered in what looked like foam. Maintenance fixed it the following day, but while someone was showering in the other bathroom the next night, the toilet started to gurgle and “foam” again. We finally came to realize that the “foam” was soap from the shower in the other room. We were told they were dealing with the same issue in another building. As I mentioned, the property was decent for the price we paid, especially considering we were only in the room for 8 hours per day to sleep. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Was it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had? No. Just know that you get what you pay for.
