This hotel and Carlos, at the front desk, was my savior on my trip to CDMX. If you are sensitive to noise like some of the 1-3 star reviews, I’d imagine you’ll generally have a hard time sleeping in CDMX unless you’re on level 50 of The Ritz. This hotel is fantastic, the location is amazing, the little amenities are great and the service is fantastic! I was staying in a god awful hostel in Condesa where I got no sleep and couldn’t shower for 4 days straight, and I hit a breaking point. Luckily I was able to make a VERY last minute reservation at Flow Condesa and they had the Executive Suite available for 3 nights at only $500 USD including tax, an amazing price point in my opinion! I made the reservation at 6pm on a Wednesday and arrived 30min later, and Carlos was able to accommodate me without issue. I almost cried, I was so relieved. The room was incredibly spacious, a very comfortable king sized bed, couch, mini bar with beverages included, a nice hot well pressurized shower, robes, AC, and other thoughtful amenities included. I finally got a good nights sleep and a shower after almost 5 days in CDMX—it was bliss. There are also sooo many incredible shops and restaurants within 5-10min walking distance. If you’re in CDMX for the first time or just want respite from the intensity of the city—this hotel is well worth the stay! Muchas muchas gracias to the staff!!! 10/10 would recommend!
