The hotel looks very new and nice. The front desk staff speak good English and are very professional. The room is comfortable, clean, and feels safe. Breakfast is simple, but I was quite satisfied.

The moment you step inside, you can tell: This hotel has been designed with love, style, and a keen eye for detail. Modern, elegant, yet incredibly cozy – exactly the combination you need after a trip or a long day at work. The rooms? A sensation! Large, bright, incredibly clean, and so spacious that you might even consider moving in permanently. Everything is impeccably maintained, modernly furnished, and thoughtfully designed – you feel right at home. The staff deserves six stars: warm, attentive, friendly, and always smiling. You're not just served; you're truly pampered. The service was consistently excellent; we lacked absolutely nothing. A special highlight: Right next to the reception in the same building is a fantastic Thai restaurant. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and authentic. Perfect if you want a really good meal in the evening without any fuss. Simply invaluable after a long day! The location is also fantastic: quiet enough for restful nights, yet central enough to easily explore Sursee. In short: A hotel we can wholeheartedly recommend – and one we'd gladly return to ourselves. Thank you to the entire team for a stay that was absolutely wonderful. We'll definitely be back!
