The hotel is in a great location . Close by restaurants and stores bus stops outside . I like that you can get enter in the main lobby or on level below the lobby on queen str. Room was clean and well appointed. Service was efficient and responded quickly to request. The breakfast buffet was excellent. As well as the staff.

We stayed in Auckland from January 12th to 16th, 2026. The hotel was clean, and the king-size bed was so comfortable that you couldn't feel it even when you moved next to it. Serena, a staff member who spoke English, Chinese, and Korean fluently, provided helpful guidance during breakfast. Her friendly guidance was a huge help to us, even though our English skills were limited. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Staff at the hotel are incredibly nice! The beds are extremely comfortable and love the rooms too. Both bars up and downstairs have a great wine list as well if you want a glass of NZ wine!
