The hotel staff were very nice. The problem was the guests, who were noisy in the middle of the night. It was really annoying when they were noisy at 3am two days in a row.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points Hotel. The staff were consistently attentive, polite, and welcoming. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and we loved both the breakfast and the evening buffet, great food with a lovely atmosphere. The rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool were definite highlights, offering a beautiful and relaxing space with amazing views. Overall, a fantastic experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily return and recommend the hotel to others.
