I booked here because previously I had a pleasant stay a left happy that’s why I came back. However this time was not the same pleasure. The room was not clean smudge on the surfaces. When I had a visitor the person lied saying that I didn’t answer the room phone but it never even rang. I know it worked because it rang the previous day just fine. That guest was turned away without my knowledge. When I turned on the sink in the bathroom the water coming out was yellowish copper brown so I had to leave it running hoping for clearer water to brush my teeth safely. Same with the shower water. Which brings me to my ultimate displeasure the room I stayed in was listed as significantly lower rate than I was charged at a nightly rate of $150 plus tax one adult. And the room came with one water bottle for drinking I booked a 2 day stay so I asked for another water because I was thirsty and she said sorry one per stay. I’d be insane drinking from tap given the condition of the water coming out who knows why it is yellow copper or caused by some kind sewage issue I don’t know so I was not going to try drinking it. My last thing is I don’t think anyone wants to climb or walk back and forth because their key suddenly is disabled when you return to your room you booked for the 2 days so when my key turn red only after one day I was feeling pressed to have to go all the way back down and get a new key it’s just nonsense and inconvenient when carrying things and kids too. So there you go that’s what I experienced here this time around and for $150 a night might as well find somewhere better. And more empathetic to their customers. What’s a bottle of water really when you are making $300+ of my money. Especially when your tap is questionable in color. Thanks

The rooms were nice. They were outdated, but very clean. I appreciated that room service came every day. However, there was a terrible smell in the lobby the entire week I was there. It made coming into and leaving the hotel an unpleasant experience.
