There are horrible security protocols at this hotel, secure all your belongings or else you might be the victim of theft. First, upon coming back to our room after breakfast, we noticed the door was ajar. Housekeeping had started to clean our room, I could see the bed was in the process of being changed, but no one from housekeeping staff was near our room - they were working in another hallway. Secondly, the tv wasn’t working and maintenance came around to fix it. He said he had to contact the provider (no dies what that meant) and that it could take 90 minutes for them to respond. I stupidly give him permission to access the room. I come back later and the tv works, a few hours later I am hungry and go to get my $7 bag of popcorn and it’s gone. I don’t know who took it, but it’s so stupid. I’m hungry and pissed & taking deep breaths so I don’t go off on someone who has nothing to do with it. So Marriott loses a customer over a bag of popcorn - I am so floored by this - to complain about a bag of popcorn makes me look crazy, right? I hope whomever stole my popcorn chokes on it.

Unfortunately I booked this hotel for a week. Their while website turns out to be utter false advertising showing steaks etc on their menu. They literally have finger foods such as burgers and fries. The day I discovered this I tried to dine in at 8 pm and the bar server explained they had already cleaned the grill and the restaurant was closed for the night. I was flabbergasted. According to the website and staff the restaurant was supposed to close at 9. Further, the sink in the bathroom had a broken drain cover which wouldn't allow the sink to drain and they didn't do any room cleaning service. According to the front desk you have to request it and they do a " refresh" every other day upon request only. Very disappointing stay. Old towels outdated rooms. I would never stay here again.

Well the first room they gave me the key didn't work so so apparently a dead battery in the lock. The second room the TV volume was on 100% as well was the one in the 3rd room. Not so good for a Sheraton
