We went to the New Year's Eve dinner in 2025. The initial service from executives Francisca Jorquera and Paulina was a disaster. After several attempts to coordinate, a woman named Carolina called me, spoke briefly, and then disappeared. When I asked her a few questions, she told me the hotel had parking, but I had to pay 14,500 pesos to retrieve my vehicle. The food and service were fine. The terrace dance area with the DJ and music was terrible. The pisco sour ran out at 1:00 AM, and the ramazotti was made with too little sparkling wine and too much water. In short, we paid 380,000 pesos, an abusive and unjustified act. DO NOT GO TO THE FOUR POINTS HOTEL.

I have only kind things to say about this hotel. It’s got a great location. The staff was nice. My room was clean and the staff cleaned well very day. Breakfast was modest for a Sheraton but nonetheless it did the trick. It had all the essentials. I recommend you say here if you’re coming to Santiago.
