the room is not quite spacious but neat, clean, and confortable. Service is top notch, especially the staff at the restaurant, very helpful and friendly. Location is super convenient since next to the huge mall complex. I guess the only one needs a little bit fixing is the elevator which sometimes need to wait long.

I once stayed here with my family and found the rules a bit strange. At that time, after Covid, the rules were less strict. Masks were no longer required at check-in, and there were no temperature checks. In the mall next door, people were also free to walk around without masks. What was strange was that in the morning, when we wanted to go into the restaurant to eat, we were given masks, but only my children and I. Even though I saw that no one else was wearing masks. I had already said, "Why are you telling me to wear a mask? You're eating, so they said it's a rule. It was a bit strange that the rule of wearing a mask when eating was enforced, but I saw no one there wearing a mask, and the swimming pool was open. The guests who came weren't wearing masks, either, nor was the receptionist. It was very strange, and it didn't make sense to me. My husband didn't want to stay there again, even though we often vacation in Surabaya.
