This facility missed the mark for our stay. I’ve stayed at many 4 point Sheratons over the years and this did not meet the mark i have come to expect. Booked a room in Advance, but on arrival was told that what was booked and confirmed was not available. I was offered a lesser option, but said that was not acceptable. Eventually what i booked for room was found. The room was very underwhelming. The towel holder behind the door that was ready to fall off. The handle for the shower, has no set screw and fell off using the shower. The laminate to carpet transition has a small piece of metal poking up. Big mistake step[ping on it in bare feet. The coffee cup lids did not fit the cups. The Cream rinse container was empty. The bathroom was so small that the door barely passes by the front of the toilet. Lastly, i asked the front desk at check in if Towels were at the pool and was told yes, but that they would have staff check to be sure. We went in the hot tub later on and no towels, but knowing I spoke with the front desk expected anytime they would be dropped off. Nope. Then we saw a couple and asked if they could call the front desk and ask to have Towels sent out. Nothing for 15-20min. Another person went by and we asked of they could call the front desk about towels. A staff member finally showed up was unapologetic, even though we said thanks. Moments later the front desk clerk showed up with towels and was very apologetic. He had made the call to housekeeping and was disappointed it took so long. Not the 4 points standard of hospitality and room quality I’m used to. The only highlight, the restaurant is very unassuming, but the food was great and our waitress Heather was awesome. Sorry 4 Points folks, you have some work to do to maintain the high bar set by other properties.

Stayed here for the first time with my fiance and we will definitely be staying here again next time we fly out of Tucson. The room was clean and nice and updated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The bathroom was a little small but still very nice. We had a little balcony that overlooked the courtyard area and it was beautiful. We didnt eat at the restaurant but the menu and bar menu looked good! We got Bloody Mary's and enjoyed the hot tub before we checked out and the breakfast buffet looked amazing!
