I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in York, Pennsylvania, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The property did not meet the basic standards of quality I expect from the Marriott brand. From the peeling wallpaper to the overall griminess throughout the lobby, elevators, hallways, and even the room, it felt tired and poorly maintained. The lighting in my room was particularly poor — only two bedside lamps for the entire space, making it difficult to work comfortably at the desk. As a business traveler, I value a well-lit and inviting workspace, which this room lacked entirely. The view from my side of the building was also less than appealing, and the overall appearance didn’t resemble what the photos online suggested. I understand promotional pictures are meant to highlight the best features, but in this case, there was little beauty to enhance. Breakfast was another disappointment. It appeared to be a standard self-serve buffet, yet required table service for plate removal and tipping. Considering breakfast was not included, the experience felt poorly thought out and not worth the added cost. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly — the one redeeming quality that raised this review from one star to two. However, as someone who frequently stays at both Hilton and Marriott properties across Pennsylvania, I can confidently say this location ranks near the bottom. It may suffice in a pinch, but I’ll be seeking other options next time I’m in the area.

The shower was stuck in shower couldn't take a bath the shower was dirty as well. We got kicked out cause of noise at 830 pm after only being in the room for 5 mins we had just come back from.the pool. So people were getting showers had to make people get out of the shower so the cops wouldn't get called. Was only in tje hotel for 6 hours and paid 400 for this cause I got 2 rooms. I had my four year old grand baby with and my younger daughter amd one of her friends.

Worst hotel stay in a long time. No way this place should be a Sheraton/Bonvoy property. Paper thin walls worse than a Motel 6. Toilets with a strange violent flush that shakes the floor. You can hear the flush to the Left, Right of you. Then dummy housekeeper ignores do not disturb sign and barges in at 830am further ruining my nights sleep. Only good part of this stay was leaving and going to the excellent diner Right down the street.
