The hotel is OK there was a hair in the bathroom. You can tell it’s not clean thoroughly, but the bed is comfortable. The main issue I have is the people in the lobby. Will not let you take photos in the lobby and we’ll make sure to let you feel very uncomfortable and it ruins your night and your vibe. I wouldn’t come back because you pay a lot of money for a hotel room and then they make you feel like crap for taking photos of yourself in the lobby. The lady that offended me was a short black lady who was judging me the whole time. It was giving jealousy thanks for ruining my night. Very rude service here I would not come back.

This stay was so delightful, every staff we interacted with went above and beyond. Raya especially at check in did an amazing job. Everything was immaculate and the spa and pool area was a great experience.
