The blonde lady in the reception area at the beginning was extremely unfriendly. We wanted to book a room, and she said in such a disgusting way that the hotel was fully booked, even though rooms were available on the booking website. So, a very bad experience. I'm glad I didn't stay at this hotel with such unfriendly staff.

We stayed one night at the hotel. As mentioned before, the room was not in the condition one would expect for this price. The mirror, toilet, shower, and carpet had not been cleaned, or only partially cleaned. The chaos in the evening regarding dinner compounded the problem. At check-in, we asked about dinner and were told to just come and sit down. 30 minutes later, the visibly overwhelmed and completely sweaty waiter told us, "No seating today, only reservations." The wait at the bar, which we unfortunately didn't have to wait for, was well over 20 minutes for a drink. So we went to our event without eating or even having a drink. Breakfast, on the other hand, was okay, but nothing special for the price of the room. There were no parking spaces available, even though the booking confirmation stated there was plenty of space in the parking garage. Apparently, the staff suffers from a severe lack of communication. We could have parked at the Arena grounds, but they would have charged us €17 each. They charge 24/7! This is a disgrace for Salzburg! It's a real shame; it was supposed to be a relaxing evening. We're reconsidering whether we'd stay at this hotel again at this price. I regret the poor review and hope it not only leads to the dismissal of one or more employees, but also prompts the hotel management to consider how they can better satisfy their more than generous customers in the future. After hours in the car, you want to arrive, feel comfortable, and enjoy the day, not have to argue or get annoyed.

The Salzburgarena hotel is ideally located for events and also for trade fair visits. The underground parking garage is very cramped and overpriced!! €20 for one night. The room is okay... breakfast is also okay, everything you could want is there... muesli, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. You should reserve a table at the restaurant and bar before arrival, as there won't be any space if they're fully booked. Well, in my opinion, it's okay for one night...
