The open-air bath has a spectacular view and the food is delicious and satisfying. If there was a shade for inclement weather, you could enjoy the open-air bath even on rainy days.

I love Mt. Fuji, so I searched for the best spot to get the best view. Mt. Fuji has a spectacular view from our room. Unfortunately, we could only see the peak, but it was still beautiful. I could look at it all day without getting bored. It was raining that morning, so unfortunately we couldn't see it. Our check-out time was 12 o'clock, so I stayed in my room until the last minute and managed to get a glimpse of Mt. Fuji as the clouds passed by. The open-air bath is attached to the room, but you can't control the temperature, so it's a little hot, but I couldn't wake it up. As for service, I gave it a 4-star rating because there were some issues with the facilities. The location is truly wonderful. The food was also absolutely delicious. We were able to eat dinner and lunch in a private room, and the service was great. They made onigiri (rice balls) with any leftover rice, so I took them back to my room. If the weather's nice, this is definitely a place I'd stay at. It seems that the foreign staff work alongside the Japanese staff, supporting them.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and as expected, the room, bath, and food were all excellent. We were also blessed with great weather, with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. My wife's birthday was coming up soon, so I had requested a flower arrangement in advance, and they prepared the beautiful flowers she requested, which made her very happy. The only thing that was disappointing was that the dinner food was served late, so there was a long gap between meals. I hope to visit again in a different season.
