Our stay at FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We stayed in Room 429 (3–10 Nov) and Room 230 (10–14 Nov) and experienced serious cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and management issues across both rooms. Major issues included: • Water leaking from the window, flooding the floor beside the bed on multiple occasions • Bathroom door jammed and eventually became completely stuck after repeated requests for repair • Shower blocked shortly after arrival and again later, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor • Strong mold and sewerage smells in the bathroom and sink • Bed sheets and bedding visibly dirty; requests for clean bedding were ignored or not completed • Mattress and mattress protector were dirty • Woke up with multiple insect bites consistent with bed bugs; hotel attempted to deny the issue • Bugs crawling on walls, kitchen surfaces, and clean utensils • Light not working in bathroom • Toilet blocked • Misrepresented room facilities (stove tilted and unusable) • No wardrobe or adequate storage space • Excessive nighttime noise (shouting, furniture being dragged, loud singing) preventing sleep • Staff entered the room while we were sleeping and left items inside without our knowledge • Door lock misaligned and unable to properly lock, raising safety concerns When we raised these issues with management, responses were inconsistent and dismissive. We were initially told there were no rooms available unless we paid extra, then later suddenly offered another room. After escalating the bed bug issue, we were still told we could not have a new mattress and were expected to stay. Management later offered a one-night complimentary stay as compensation, which was completely unreasonable given the severity of the experience. Requests for a refund were ignored, and communication stopped altogether. This hotel failed to meet even basic standards of hygiene, comfort, and guest safety. We strongly advise others to avoid staying here *in the photos section i have added photographic evidence of the bed bug bites, window leaking and urine and blood stained mattress
