When we got to the room, the bed on the left side had sagging slats and a shower head that didn't stay in place. After reporting it, no one intervened for the next two days, and I had to move the slats to be able to sleep properly and attach the shower head with a string to be able to wash myself... only on the third day did they fix the shower head, and they didn't even consider the bed. Meter of the room... seemingly kind, we found our table occupied. After we told him, he relocated us (after 10 minutes) to a table in the middle of the buffet (with a 16-month-old baby, you can only imagine the discomfort with all the people passing by and making a racket). When I asked him for a second time, he replied that if it didn't suit me, I could ask for someone else to relocate me! He said all this rudely and loudly in front of the entire room! Not to mention the rude way he treated his co-workers, reprimanding them loudly in front of everyone. Efficient bar service... but... I asked for two amaros in the evening, both on the menu weren't available, decaffeinated coffee wasn't available, for the included drinks they had to serve you with medium-small glasses every time, and if you asked for a drink (paying for cocktails) during happy hour they wouldn't even bring you a crisp. Beach.....the sea and beach are gorgeous, with dedicated spots all week, SCARY lifeguards...lifeguards practically sitting there staring at the sea, when they're not wasting time chatting with the girls....at a certain hour (before they finish work) they're often seen drinking alcohol on the beach....inconceivable in my opinion! As for babies, there's almost nothing available...special formula and baby food NOT available, bath tub NOT available, milk warmer for day or night NOT available, only a crib for sleeping. Room doors that aren't soundproofed at all, combined with the utter rudeness of the people with children screaming and running around the hallways when they return from the evening entertainment, you can imagine the noise they make in the hallways, without anyone calling them back or saying anything. During the hours between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM (during the child's nap), the cleaning ladies sound like they're at the market, talking loudly and moving furniture around...

Negative experience. We stayed the first two weeks of September. Organization was lacking. Beach umbrellas weren't assigned to room numbers. The pool was always full of children at all hours, with no rules to follow, and sunbeds were taken by towels from early in the morning. The beach is a mix of pebbles and sand, and it quickly gets deep. The water is crystal clear when the sea is calm, otherwise everything floats up. We've been vacationing in Calabria for years, but this was the worst. We definitely won't return.

Beautiful location, stunning sea, room with breathtaking view. With room for improvement, it could become the flagship hotel in the area. Good value for money.
