Excellent location. Clean and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the rooftop terrace was closed after a certain hour, which would have made the stay perfect. Even so, I recommend it.

● Service and Cleanliness ・The staff were all very friendly and kind, making my stay a pleasant one. ・The building seems a little old, but it was kept clean and I got the impression that they make a great effort to keep it that way. I stayed on the top floor, the 7th floor, and didn't encounter a single bug. ・The air conditioning was a little too powerful, and even I, who gets hot easily, sometimes felt cold. Setting it to 30 degrees was just right. ・The shower water pressure was a little unstable, but not a problem. There was plenty of hot water. ・The Wi-Fi was also smooth. ・The nearest convenience store closes early in the evening, and the only one open late is about a 5-minute walk away. There is a refrigerator, so it might be a good idea to stock up on everything you need while sightseeing. By the way, beer and other drinks can be purchased at the front desk. There were two types, Singha and Chang, and a 350ml can cost 70 baht each (as of February 2026). ● Amenities ・Shower gel/shampoo ・Bath towel/face towel ・Disposable slippers ・Shower cap ・Soap ・500ml plastic bottle of water (They refill your room when they clean it. It's a little help!) ↑ Toothbrushes, razors, and bathrobes (loungewear) are not provided! ● Access It was great! It's very close to both the subway and the Airport Line. The subway is especially close, less than a minute's walk from Exit 3! Sukhumvit Station, just one stop away, connects with Asok Station on the BTS line, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. However, as others have mentioned, part of the road to the hotel is a little lonely (though safe), so you might feel uneasy if you arrive at night. After exiting Exit 3, I recommend continuing straight ahead rather than turning around. You'll soon come to a main road, so turn right just before it, then turn right again and continue a little further to find the hotel. I think this way is less scary. There is a doorman, so you will know where it is as soon as you get close.
