I was honestly impressed by its excellent location. Try to get rooms that don't face the street because the street is noisy, but everything else is fine.

I stayed with my husband for two nights here. Rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking Cairo. You have separate bathroom, a small couch and a TV. This was clean upon arrival. This included breakfast. Service is excellent and staff were unwaveringly polite and willing to help despite the language barrier. We dealt with two members of staff during our stay. We had a lovely lady called Rania who made our breakfast for us in the morning in the hotel kitchen. The breakfast was lovely and delicious. We had some omelette, bread, olives, cream cheese, jam pots and yoghurt. Although, I am not sure if we have a choice of what breakfast we would like as it's usually the same everyday (although due to language barrier we didn't ask staff and there may be options). Rania was polite, approachable and very helpful. There is also a hotel cat who comes with Rania when she is making food as she feeds the cat regularly food that customers may not have had which the cat is very happy about! You may need to ask for towels upon arrival as it was not provided in the room (we brought our own in case and we didn't need any in the end). Meher was another young gentleman who was polite, pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this hotel as it is located within Cairo opposite the bank of Egypt and not too far from tourist hotspots like Tahrir Square or the River Nile. Staff were nothing but friendly and I cannot praise them enough. Although, you may need to ask for common items as it may not be there upon arrival.

My overall experience at this hotel was good. The cleanliness was reasonable, and the location was convenient for transport. The staff were very nice and even offered free luggage storage. The drinks served at breakfast were especially delicious! I enjoyed my stay.
