Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend an event. On the surface things looked ok, a bit small and cramped though. Hubby noticed the picture above the bed was crooked so he straightened it and discovered it hadn't been dusted in a very long time, thick mat of dust on the top of the picture. Only one wine glass in a room for 2 people, and it definitely needed washing before using. Black mould in the shower. Pillowcases had stains on them. So for the amount charged for staying there, I won't be going back. Whenever I've stayed in Brisbane, most of the time I find housekeeping standards very much lacking. It took well over a week to get our security deposit back, they're very quick to take it and very slow to return it.

Came down for hospital staff where lovely and treat u with respect rooms where clean , few things cleaners can improve on , showers need gumption on tiles and grout and clean behind d microwave which i ended up doing but overall id give reception 200% they awesome , cleaning staff just need lesson.in cleaning

We were SCAMMED. As soon as we arrived, they gave us a room with a non-working kitchen, and they forgot to clean us on Friday, so we rightfully reminded them. Do you want to know what happened? THEY WITHHELD A $100 BOND FOR AN EXTRA CLEANING!
