Excellent location, very well soundproofed room with a wonderful view of the sea and the port. Clean and warm with good service. Perfect rich breakfast on the panoramic floor with a beautiful view. As a minus, I will note that the parking spaces are insufficient for the hotel and we had to park in the paid parking lot for 16 euros per night. Most cards do not work, you have to go back to the reception with your luggage and the employees will recharge it for you.

The location is fantastic, right in the center. I think it's time for a renovation. Breakfast needs some improvement. Finally, the elevators are insufficient for the number of rooms on each floor.

We had a room with a city view, on the 5th floor. Very clean and with good soundproofing, but they moved us from there because the air conditioning only worked on cold (stayed in January 2026). They gave us a room with a sea view, on the 6th floor, where everything worked perfectly. Comfortable mattress, quiet bed. 😄 The breakfast was exceptional in absolutely every way — the quality of the dishes (homemade sweets — a big plus), diversity, the location of the restaurant on the roof of the building, overlooking the entire area (sea, port, city, fortress, aqueduct, mountain, even the municipal hospital). The only minus — but which is not on the part of the hotel, but is specific to most cities in Greece — is the parking lot, the 12 spaces belonging to the hotel being insufficient. However, we were able to park either in front of the hotel (when it was free) or in the private parking lot next to the amusement park (a few hundred meters from the hotel — 8.40-8.50 euros/night, with hourly charging). The staff is very friendly and promptly responds to all requests from tourists. A big plus is also the water dispenser located next to the elevators, on each floor. The city is, I think, the most beautiful in all of Greece, and the region is full of history. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by another night (as much as we could, in terms of time). Our thanks and good thoughts to the entire staff. We are considering a return.
