I am a Hilton Honors member and stayed here at the end of January. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. The front desk and bell staff were polite and efficient, which left a very good and lasting impression. As a member, I was assigned a room in a great location, and it was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast did not offer a huge variety, but it was refined and well prepared, with good flavors. Although the hotel is located near a shopping district and can be a bit noisy at times, the location is extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We arrived in Milan late, cranky, and hungry. The reception that I got from Ilaria made every minute of our delayed travel worthwhile, she’s an excellent introduction to your hotel. My husband has visited Milan before but I waited 40 years to come so my expectations were high and left happy this was the place we chose to stay. The hotel have mixed reviews, which I understand from the funky looking rooms, but you can’t beat the location. For those of us that appreciate art and artists the uniqueness of each individual room brings a very special touch to this location. Every room has the artists name on the door that I wanted to see how each individual artist put their creativity into each one, almost like a gallery. The beds are extremely comfortable and anytime you need anything they’re very quick to bring it to you. If you can spend the money and upgrade to a gallery view I’d recommend it, even if it doesn’t have a balcony. Ensure you download WhatsApp beforehand, that’s how you communicate with the hotel staff an order room service. Do not hesitate to order late night food because even at 1 AM (the time we were able to arrive and order some food) it felt like eating from a four-star restaurant. I highly recommend the risotto and tiramisu. Please, if you go, ask for Ilaria, she is one of the kindest people we have ever met and so accommodating to your needs. Our room was a bit far rom the entrance so she anticipated we’d need help with our luggage and walked us there herself and talked us through our room’s unique art design.
