Customer service is poor

I stayed in their standard room which goes for ₦43,000 per night. The area is calm, quiet, and generally okay. The compound can conveniently take 2 cars, 3 if you squeeze a bit—but there’s enough parking outside the hotel if you don’t mind. Now to the experience… Please, don’t wash your hair or stain your towel o. For some reason, they are very dedicated to not giving you another towel until the next day. You can stay four nights in a row, it doesn’t matter—one towel per day is their policy. No jokes. The bedsheets had holes, but they were clean. Not white anymore, but definitely clean—you can even smell the products they use for dry cleaning. The curtains, on the other hand, smelled like they haven’t been washed in a long while. Dusty. If you have allergies, please come with your meds. But if you forget, no wahala—there are two pharmacies along Zenith Road, towards the roundabout, where you can get something. No bottled water in the room. No beverages either. Nothing. But you get complimentary breakfast for one person, and they bring it to your room. There’ll be tea, but still—no water. Staff-wise, it’s a mix. Some were really great! One of the guys that helps with bags (not sure what the role is called) was super helpful. One receptionist and the minibar staff? Amazing. I wish they had name tags so I could give proper shout-outs. Their security was okay too. As for the second receptionist… hmmm. I rest my case. Also, when it rains, you're on your own—no umbrellas or anyone to help you to your car. Just prepare to run, especially if you're dressed up. Also, the roads get pretty flooded. I’m not big on TV, but if you love African Magic, they’ve got you covered. And the ambiance overall is nice. Cozy. In all, not a bad stay. But with just a little more attention to guest comfort, it could be so much better.

Nice location. Good services. Rooms need a little upgrade. Air conditioning needs to be upgraded
