We booked three rooms, and unfortunately all three had issues, making our stay very disappointing. One room had a visibly broken and non-functional air conditioner. After the first night, we informed the staff and asked for it to be fixed, but were told it couldn’t be repaired. While another room was offered, moving rooms after settling in was highly inconvenient. This issue should have been identified before allocating the room, as the broken AC was obvious. Another room had burnt-smelling, foul carpets, showing extremely poor maintenance. To make matters worse, there was an insect buzzing throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The third room had a leaking toilet, with a constant dripping sound that was very annoying, especially at night. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to lack of maintenance and basic quality checks. For the price paid, these issues are unacceptable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

This was a very bad experience. The room I slept in made me feel extremely itchy, and I am not sure if the bed was not clean. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, and usually everything in the fridge is clearly explained. This hotel was different. At reception, the lady took my card and said she needed it in case I used anything from the minibar. I asked her again why, and she only said it was for the minibar. She did not explain that the items in the fridge (2 bottles of water, 2 small KitKats, 2 small bottles of wine, and 2 soft drinks) were not free. I thought these items were complimentary, but at the end of my stay, I was charged $60 for two rooms. If this had been explained clearly at check-in, I would not have been so upset.
