Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. We stayed in a luxury room, but the room did not live up to that category at all. The cleanliness left much to be desired: we found a cockroach in the room, the bathtub had hair in it, the shower stall and windows were sticking, giving a clear impression of lack of maintenance. The shower did not heat up at all, which completely compromised the comfort of the stay. The service was also neither pleasant nor welcoming. On one of the days, the cleaning lady entered the room without knocking, while we were still sleeping, which caused a huge shock and a total lack of privacy. In addition, the background music, which plays in all areas of the hotel, is extremely repetitive and tiring, as it is the same song playing all the time, every day. During our stay, there was a football team staying there, and it was very evident that all the hotel's attention was focused exclusively on them, leaving the other guests in second place. Another negative point was the price of the products sold inside the hotel, which are excessively expensive and lack credibility, considering the overall quality of the services offered. For the price paid and the category promised, the experience fell far short of expectations. I would not return and would not recommend it.

This isn't the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I called before checking in and asked if I could arrive earlier because I had a meeting. I arrived at the hotel and waited outside with two other cars. I called several times, honked, and no one opened the gate. When I got inside, a girl asked me to wait because she was the only one there and she was on her lunch break, even though check-in is at 2 PM and there was no one at reception before that time. It's absurd. Then I went to order lunch at the restaurant and they said I couldn't order after 2 hours because there would be a football team playing and it would be open for them. As if I wasn't a guest too. Another absurdity. At night I opened the mini-fridge and there wasn't any water in the hotel. I had to go to the night watchman to get water for me. I called reception and asked for a late checkout of 1 hour and they wanted to charge me 50% of the daily rate. In short, the service was terrible.
