I spent a week in Dubai and was treated wonderfully. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. We barely speak English, but we managed very well, and they helped us with everything. It's close to the metro. I highly recommend it.

The hotel isn't a glitzy, flashy building like many others in Dubai. It's somewhat hidden away among older buildings and a lot of commercial activity, particularly from IT and electronics retailers. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Creek or the bus station. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops and small snack bars. Along the Creek, you'll find a variety of restaurants. The hotel has 188 rooms spread over three floors. There's a small pool on the fourth floor. The rooms aren't the most modern, but they're clean, quiet, and a decent size. The bathroom, well, it's clean but shows its age. The breakfast has a distinctly Asian focus, but even discerning German guests will find something to satisfy their appetite. You won't find Bild newspapers or smoothies at breakfast. All the staff are extremely attentive, polite, helpful, and competent. Requests are fulfilled promptly whenever possible. We didn't lack anything during our six-night stay. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The TV only offers Arabic channels, except for Euronews. So, you should be able to do without sports and soap operas sometimes. The audience is predominantly Asian or Arab. It's about 15 km to the city center around the Burj Khalifa. It takes an hour by bus, a little less by metro. By taxi, it takes between 40 and 90 minutes, depending on the time of day. If you're looking for affordable and acceptable accommodation in Dubai, this is the place. This is my personal, subjective opinion.

This hotel is located in Old Dubai, near the creek and many affordable restaurants. The staff at this hotel are very pleasant and professional, always ready to help, especially Joel, who is always helpful and smiling. The only slight drawback is that the mattress in the room is very firm. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made our stay so enjoyable.
