The worst place I’ve ever stayed while visiting Keystone. We arrived to Keystone and the parking lots were full, I called to request to just park our vehicle few hours earlier than our check in time and we were told we could not, even though we spent hundreds of dollars on the reservation. The room had exposed wires, peeling paint, and several outlets didn’t work. The bathtub must have a leak somewhere in the plumbing because after running the shower the carpet on the other side of the wall was completely saturated! The listing is misleading and is further from the lift than expected. What bothered me the most was the inability to secure the door from inside the room. There was no way to ensure that it couldn’t simply be opened by any person that could have access to the code and prevent a break in. Spend your money to stay ANYWHERE ELSE.

Don't stay here. “Front desk” calls go out of state. I sat on hold for hours in the parking lot on our ski day trying to get the local front desk to activate our parking (never happened, parked at the resort) and then again when we wanted a room upgrade (30 minutes and they told me it would be an addtl. $150 to actually get the kitchenette advertised in the photos. We didnt because it was in another building and we were exhausted from skiing.) Cant park there on arrival until the resort is closed. Ridiculous. Your parking also expires at 10 the day you leave, so cant park there for that day either. Called after a week to get my room deposit back because they never sent it. When I picked up the room on Booking it said there was a kitchenette. It was a fridge and a sink with dishes in the cabinet. It’s by the resort. It’s owned by the resort. Resort employees run it, with little oversight. Let the tourists have this one. As a 5 year ex-employee, I shouldve known better of Vail Resorts.
