Horrible is an understatement. Five days cost us over €1,000. We understand it's August and those are monthly prices, but you expect the apartment to at least be decent. Well, no: dirty, old, broken... The mattresses were horrible for sleeping, and there wasn't even a fan (in the tremendous heat). You couldn't even sit on the sofa because it was so uncomfortable... and there was nothing, no toilet paper, nothing at all. Quite far from Miami. The only good thing about it are the surrounding coves. Otherwise, it's not worth the price.

A disaster, an outrage, I don't even know where to start. First of all, the inconvenience of having to go to the office to get the keys. This may be acceptable, but when the first thing they tell you is that they're giving you the ground floor instead of the apartment with a view you had agreed upon, things start to look promising. The situation gets worse when you arrive at the apartment and, as soon as you open the door of that oven where you'll be staying for the next few days, you're hit by a nauseating smell of insecticide or God-knows-what substance, deadly and toxic to any living creature. "Forget it," you think, "we came here to have a good time." Oh, you fool, when you realize there's no air conditioning, NOT EVEN A SORRY FAN! That was the icing on the cake. Since it was August 15th, we prayed to the Virgin Mary and went to the nearest bazaar to buy a couple of table fans. Don't miss out! If you ask the agency for a fan, they'll tell you they'll lend it to you, but for a fee! Plus, Perry won't even help you on weekends because their offices are closed. Then there are some other minor details: the fridge and freezer aren't cooling, the mattresses date roughly from the post-war period, and the closets emanate an unbearable stench of damp. In short, if you want to experience a treasure hunt of absurdity and discomfort, this is your chance.

🚨NOT RECOMMENDED🚨👎 A very bad experience. From the moment we checked in, there were problems. We had to wait several hours for the keys. It's not true that parking is free, and when we checked out, they took €40 from the deposit they withheld, even though the apartment was left in impeccable condition. I could go on... NOT RECOMMENDED!
