Fantastic resort, all low level ground and first floor apartments. All ground floor offer private pools which were great. Food options are great, VIP breakfast provided once per stay is absolutely fantastic but the buffet is also great. …

A very beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained hotel complex with several pools. Even before we entered the lobby, our luggage was taken and we were greeted. We were offered a welcome drink, and the hotel's amenities were explained. Don't be alarmed by the high tourist tax (€15 per night/room). We were taken to our room by golf cart, and the staff showed us around the grounds along the way. We had booked a swim-up room. The room was very nice, well-maintained, and spacious. The entire complex is clean, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. It's worth noting that upon entering the restaurant, guests are shown to a table after providing their room number—this prevents any confusion. The dinner buffet was very varied. There were two different soups each day, about seven different salads (also changing), a themed table, at least two different types of fish, a live cooking station (meat), and various types of pizza baked fresh daily. A wide selection of desserts was also offered, including a vegan option. Everything was beautifully presented. The hotel offers yoga, a free tennis court, and a ping-pong table. The loungers by the pool are particularly noteworthy, as they have very comfortable cushions, as do the very comfortable daybeds by the "second main pool." The cocktails and beer at the main pool bar are quite expensive. Regarding the location: it's right on the beach, but there isn't much else nearby. This means the hotel is located a bit outside of Gennadi, which isn't a large town. A rental car is generally recommended for exploring the island. All in all, definitely recommended and well-deserved its 5 stars.
