Outdated beat up rooms that are clearly not being well maintained. Everywhere you look there is something that is half ass covered up to try and make it look better than it is. Maintenance is clearly not a priority here. Also, the rooms are paper thin. I could clearly hear the conversations of nearby guests and when they used the cord for their blinds in another room I genuinely thought it was my own. I would not ever get a room here again for what they are charging. They charge you for a 4 star hotel price then give you a motel 8 room.

We loved the location! We were in town for the Winter Market. The location is close to the convention center. We had a three bedroom which was perfect for our group. So much space! The staff is so helpful. Took good care of us. Will be back.

Outdated, incompetent personnel. Never coming back. I’ve stayed here for 12 nights so I can provide a thorough review. This hotel, while apparently glamorous judging by its looks, is completely outdated. Starting by the room, the couches are really uncomfortable, washing machine and dryer were oxidised and the windows do not isolate at all against the exterior. This is the first time I need to turn heating on in a hotel! Also, you won’t get a little fridge to store food/drink. For most of the 12 days of my stay, only one lift would work. You can only imagine the time it took to go up and down in a hotel of nearly 20 stories. The gym, while large and with lovely views, is equipped with completely outdated apparel. The included breakfast deal is a complete scam. What you really get is a 35$/day (not cumulative) credit on their restaurant…which includes tip. Thus, you are in reality playing at most with 28$ minus tax. This means that, if you order a coffee, further ordering any of the items in the menu will make you go past the 35$ limit. On top of this, quality of the breakfast is quite low…I just gave up on it on my two last days. On the good side, I have to say that restaurant employees were super nice, with special mention to Uylsses and a lady whose name I can’t remember, sorry! Customer service is completely incompetent. They are willing to do anything but help you. First, at checkin, they asked whether I needed my room to be cleaned every day….I think this should be just granted by default (specially in a hotel like this) but I agreed on having it cleaned every two days. Yet, my room was not cleaned for the last 6-7 days of my stay. Second, at the end of the stay I requested an invoice, to which their answer was “Expedia should give you a receipt”. Finally, after I checked out I noticed I had left an item in my room. I called three times and the three times I was put on hold, with the call eventually being terminated. I was able to recover my item only because I was able to ask some friends to go and pick it up.
