Honestly, this hotel really surprised me for the best. They put us on the 71st floor. The room is relatively large and has a beautiful view. Breakfast is reasonable and very satisfying. The girls at the reception are very pleasant and helpful.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had in Dubai. If you are primarily interested in the view, I would recommend simply visiting the rooftop restaurant for a meal, or going to observation decks such as the Dubai Frame or the Burj Khalifa instead of booking a room. To start with a positive note, Rafeej, the bellboy, was the only staff member who made a genuine effort to ensure we settled in comfortably. He was courteous and helpful, and his service stood out during the stay. Unfortunately, several aspects of the hotel experience fell short. Check-in experience: No briefing was provided during check-in. There was no explanation of hotel policies, amenities, or dining options. For a property of this size, a short orientation would have been helpful, but we had to figure everything out ourselves. Room condition: The furniture and overall room setup felt quite dated. The bed linens were not the bright white typically expected in hotels and appeared worn, as though they had been heavily bleached over time. Extra charges for basic items: Many basic items come with additional charges. For example, the room did not include basic cutlery. When I asked for a teaspoon, I was told it could only be provided through room service for an additional AED 10. Visitor policy: Visitors are not allowed in the rooms, and the hotel charges AED 200 per visitor. This policy was not communicated at check-in and was only discovered when friends briefly came by while I was dropping off shopping and getting ready to go out. What made this confusing was that I had arranged an extra bed for my sister the previous night for AED 150, which was less than the visitor fee. Checkout experience: Checkout was at 12:00 PM, which is standard for most hotels. However, someone knocked on the door at 10:00 AM asking if I was checking out, followed shortly by a call reminding me of the checkout time. The reminders felt unnecessary and disruptive. Overall, the stay felt restrictive and inconvenient, particularly for leisure travelers. Between the policies, the extra charges, and the overall room condition, the experience did not meet expectations. If you are visiting for the views or location, it may be worth enjoying those from nearby attractions instead of staying at the hotel.

Good Food: Diverse buffet options with great quality; highly recommend the breakfast spread. Best Time to Visit: Aim for November to March for pleasant weather to enjoy the outdoor rooftop facilities.
