Very disappointing stay. This property is certainly not a genuine 4‑star hotel. The rooms and common areas were noisy and not properly cleaned. Staff spoke little or no English and offered minimal assistance. Stray cats and dogs roamed freely around the premises. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the nearby beach was rocky, dirty, and unsafe for swimming. Even the all‑inclusive package did not include drinking water. Overall, the experience was far below expectation and not worth the cost.

The food was of poor quality and tasted bad, the staff were annoyed and not particularly friendly. Some of the breakfast rolls were stale, the fruit was canned, and the coffee was undrinkable. It was unacceptable that the owner cleared the breakfast buffet herself and put rolls left behind by guests back into the basket (absolutely unacceptable!). We do not recommend this hotel.
