I didn't like it; the photos made everything look beautiful. When we arrived at the hotel, many things were broken, the room was dirty, and there was a bad smell. There wasn't even a mini-fridge. In short, it didn't meet expectations and left much to be desired.

The hotel is beautiful. From the entrance, it has a stunning stained-glass ceiling. The welcome is excellent, and the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous, with ocean views. I had one, and I was so happy on that terrace; we watched the sunrise from there. The food is delicious, although we only included breakfast because we did a lot of sightseeing. However, I noticed some rude people. Since the restaurant is a buffet, some people take a lot of food, don't finish it, and leave it uneaten. I also noticed some damage to the hotel, but it was caused by other guests. Some things are worn, but it's understandable that the sea salt affects them, and that's the case all over the island. But for my family, the hotel was excellent. It's one of the few with a private beach, which is ideal for children and for getting away from the noise of the main beach. The pool is beautiful, and the view is the best on the island.
