The brothel Paradis at the end of the highway and this house that they say is a hotel are the same place. In the first one you pay and enjoy yourself, in the second you pay and they ruin your day. All kinds of people in this place are the same as in the first place.

I booked directly on the website and chose a room with a balcony and sea view, based on the photos. It turns out that not all rooms have balconies. Make separate room categories with and without balconies to avoid confusion. We chose half board, which was okay, but I've had better food.

Our worst experience staying at this hotel was! I wouldn't let anyone else stay at this place! The people who work here are the rudest, most unwelcoming, and most unserviceable! I've never encountered such treatment from hotel staff! When we booked the hotel, it was important to us that breakfast starts at 7 a.m.! This was stated in the Booking app! Upon arrival, we were told breakfast starts at 8 a.m.! I should note that we had already paid for all our breakfasts! But since we had already purchased tickets for 8 a.m., we went down to the restaurant at 7:20 a.m. and found everything already set out! Breakfast was already served! When we carefully walked in and politely asked to at least turn on the coffee machine and get at least two cookies, because all the shops in Spain are closed on Sundays! They started yelling at us and threatening to call the police if we took cookies from the table😅😆 Then a Russian-speaking girl called us, introducing the hotel!! She said we were "coming in droves and disgracing ourselves," and so on! It was strange to hear this from a woman who most likely wasn't born with a Spanish passport, and who knows what fate had brought her here... Let me conclude: this is the kind of place where they only smile at you as long as everything is going according to plan, but as soon as something unusual takes a turn, they spit in your face! By the way, when we checked in, the hotel was almost empty and had been open for the last few days, but they didn't even offer us an upgrade to a nice sea view. On the other hand, the view from the rooms was terrible. I've never experienced this before in hotels; they always offer us an upgrade if possible.
