I had an excellent spa day from start to finish. The spa area itself was beautifully maintained and created a really relaxing atmosphere. Lunch was light and perfectly suited to the day — just enough without feeling heavy. The real standout, though, was the treatment experience with Kendal. She was extremely professional while still being genuinely warm and friendly. She explained everything clearly before and after each treatment, made sure I felt completely comfortable, and was happy to answer any questions I had. Her approach made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. Top marks all round — I’ll definitely be returning.

This was our second visit to Westerwood with our toddler son. We love the rooms, accessibility and most of all the service and staff are brilliant! Pool area is great too. It's a great all round hotel if you are exploring the area and looking for a mini break. Bravo staff for always making us feel welcome and looking after us!
