Not a recommend place to stay. Booked for 3 days but very disappointed with the hotel (so I stayed only 1 day). lol THERE IS NO LIFT. My room is in the 4th floor and I have a total 50kgs luggage and I have to carry it with stairs. Worst part, the AC is not cold enough and my room is in the top of the building. They set the AC with 22 degrees and they said if you set below 22 degrees the power will went out. In fact, I change it to 20 degrees and nothing happened. they lied. Also they said the lift is broken due to its electrical issues. lol i guess they just minimize their budget spend on the electrical😅😅 What I like about this hotel is just their strategic location. NOTES: the receptionist is only available from 09.00 - 17.00. THEY DONT HAVE 24 HOURS FRONT DESK.

If you’re traveling with seniors or elderly guests, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There is no lift, and you need to take the stairs up to the 4th or 5th floor where the rooms are located. We booked through the Agoda app, and they were responsive using the contact number listed there. We requested early check-in, and they kindly allowed it. The room had an issue with the air conditioner, so we had to use an electric fan, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. Still, the room was nice and spacious for our family of seven, and they provided essentials like hot water and a blower. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay during your vacation with young friends, this could work for you. There are many nearby conveniences — restaurants, a 7‑Eleven, laundry area, train station, and The Platinum Fashion Mall is within walking distance. The worst part of our stay was the traffic. Roads nearby were under construction, so rush hour traffic was really bad. We ended up using the train instead to save money on Grab/Bolt fares. I highly recommend studying the train routes and tourist destinations ahead of time — the train lines are well connected. Just check the map in the app and plan your route. Overall, it was still a good experience.
