We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with a group. Everyone returns satisfied. The rooms are clean, the staff is smiling and caring, the hotel's location is excellent. On my own behalf and on behalf of all the tourists from Nakhchivan, I would like to thank the management, especially Eldeniz bey.

The hotel doesn't live up to its 4-star standards. We booked a suite, but there was a constant smell of sewage, the air conditioning didn't work well, there were no robes, and the breakfasts were awful and repetitive, and they started at 9:00 a.m., which was very inconvenient. I don't recommend it!!!

I stayed here for a week and it was simply perfect from start to finish. The hotel’s location is excellent – close to everything you need but quiet enough to really rest. The room was clean to a very high standard, tidy, spacious and comfortable, with the feeling that someone had really put thought into every little detail. The staff was courteous, available and with a smile at all times – every request was handled quickly and without fuss. The hotel’s facilities were also above expectations: a pleasant lobby, a relaxed atmosphere, excellent maintenance and an overall appearance that feels professional and respectful. In short – excellent value for money, excellent service and an experience that makes you want to come back. If you are wondering where to stay – this is the place.
