⭐ 1 Star – My Job Interview Disappointment "This hotel, to which I applied through İşin Olsun, contacted me via WhatsApp and invited me for an interview. I specifically called and texted them to confirm before the interview time, and received a reply saying, 'We're available, come in.' However, when I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the staff were completely unaware of each other. From reception to human resources to the manager, no one knew who had contacted me, the appointment, or the interview. I was met with an extremely indifferent and unprofessional greeting, asking, 'Did we call you, or did you come yourself?' When I showed them the WhatsApp message, they looked at each other in surprise and tried to sort things out. They asked me to fill out a CV, but I didn't trust a business with such disorganization and communication breakdowns, so I didn't fill out the form. This incident clearly demonstrates the management approach of this hotel. As in many hotels in Adana, communication, organization, and professionalism are practically nonexistent. Managers have an authority based on age. I haven't seen any significant management skills other than the effort to establish a new business. I wanted to openly share this inconvenience I experienced so no one wastes their time like this. 📌 This comment is based on a fully documented interview process and there is no need for the business to provide a statement. I had a terrible day yesterday in suite 501, and we had to check out without waking up all night. When the jacuzzi was turned on, it revealed hundreds of black gunk and handfuls of human hair. I was so disgusted I can't even describe it. We wanted to stay for my wife's birthday, so I had the room decorated, and the decorations were poor. Most importantly, the pillows smelled terrible, and we were itchy. I'd never encountered this kind of problem before, but I thought it had suddenly changed hands; it was so awful. I paid 6,000 lira for the suite, and we only got to stay for three hours. People don't make money easily, and our special day was ruined, and I was humiliated.
