I was accommodated at this hotel in room 402, I found cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom and the bed linen of some of my friends was stained yellow and the bathroom towels were full of hair and thrown on the floor by the door all wet, I was going down to the reception (around 3:30 pm) and a Mr. Tanasa spoke to me in a harsh and nasty tone as if I had brought the cockroaches in my suitcase so to speak, clean the rooms.. you don't deserve 4 stars. Towards evening at 8 pm we went down to have dinner, there the very bored staff (an elderly lady and a young boy) did not greet us even though we had greeted when we entered, they "slammed" four menus at us and I asked what they could recommend, the answer was "I don't know", I passed it by and in the end I ordered two portions of beef tenderloin, a portion of chicken skewers and a neck. The beef was very poorly done, almost bloody, the rest was ok, but it could have been better at such a 4 star hotel!!!!! You have high prices for the services offered (or not offered, to be more precise)

Late night noise in the hallway, no one comes up to check so unexpectedly to make sure everything is okay. There is knocking on doors and shouting as if you are not even at the hotel but at some cabin with a gang. You can hear absolutely everything from one room to the other. It is 10 pm and the people in the next room have the TV on too loud, and this situation was also yesterday. We have a small child, who sleeps after 8 pm, but instead of resting, on these nights, he is extremely agitated because of the noise. The TV remote control does not have a cover on the back where the batteries are, the bulb on one of the lamps is burnt out. These are small issues that should have been checked by someone permanently.
