Excellent location, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all major attractions. Breakfast was quite limited for a 5-star hotel - mainly pastries and scrambled eggs. However, the two gentlemen working during breakfast service were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and very professional. The extra spa pricing was surprising, with a €75 per hour per room charge for the sauna, for hotel guests. Disappointing. Lastly, serving instant coffee in the room in a 5-star hotel is disappointing, especially in a country like Italy. An espresso machine would be far more appropriate. Overall, a great location and lovely staff, but some services do not fully meet 5-star expectations.

A refined hotel in the heart of Florence, just steps from all the historic sites. Despite its central location, the hotel is located on a quiet, uncrowded street. Comfortable beds and pillows ensure maximum relaxation. The hotel has elegantly furnished rooms with every amenity. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Impeccable service and the entire staff are extremely courteous. Breakfast offers a generous selection of top-quality products. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. A special mention goes to the entire staff, who are always available, friendly, and ready to offer excellent advice and meet guests' needs. Garage parking is available upon request, allowing you to reach the hotel directly with your own vehicle via the pedestrian zone. I personally recommend it to those visiting Florence and to those seeking comfortable, refined accommodations.
